2jay Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 2jay, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary account restriction that you have applied through 2jay's Responsible Gaming tools.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the law applicable to you.

2jay reserves the right to request proof of age, identity or location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in temporary suspension of your account and withholding of your balance until the matter is resolved.

If you registered while ineligible — for example, if you were under 18 at the time — your account will be closed and any balance held will be reviewed in line with 2jay's procedures for underage account closure. No winnings accrued during the period of ineligibility will be paid out.

2 Account Registration and Management

Each individual may hold only one account on 2jay. Duplicate accounts — including accounts held under different names or email addresses by the same person — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, 2jay may close all but the original account and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address and any other details required during the registration process. This information must be kept up to date. You can update your account details by contacting 2jay support.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 2jay will treat any activity carried out using your login credentials as having been authorised by you and will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 2jay support immediately so that the account can be secured. Delaying this notification may affect any claim you make regarding activity you did not authorise.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2jay are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2jay supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The available methods and their applicable minimum and maximum limits are displayed in the Withdrawal section of the platform.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your PKR balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. 2jay does not control the processing times of third-party payment providers. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact 2jay support with the transaction reference.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by 2jay on a prompt basis. Processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are generally faster than bank transfers. The timeframe shown for each method in the Withdrawal section is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit on the platform, or a verified account in your name.
• You must meet any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses before a withdrawal will be approved.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are shown in the Withdrawal section.
• 2jay reserves the right to request verification documents before processing large withdrawals or where there is reason to suspect irregular activity.

2jay does not charge fees on withdrawals from the platform. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — these are outside 2jay's control and are your responsibility to check in advance.

Any funds deposited on 2jay must be your own funds . You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person or use payment methods that do not belong to you. Deposits made using payment methods in another person's name will be flagged and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4 Gaming Rules and Bet Settlement

By placing bets or playing games on 2jay, you accept that all outcomes are determined by the relevant game mechanics, live event results or random number generation systems, as applicable to each game type. 2jay does not manipulate outcomes.

Sports Betting: Bets placed on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports are settled based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body or results provider. If a match is abandoned, cancelled or postponed, the applicable rule for that event type will govern settlement — these rules are shown in the betting section before you confirm a bet.

Slots: Slot games use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine results. Each spin is an independent event and the outcome of any previous spin has no bearing on the result of the next. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are not adjustable by 2jay.

Live Casino: Live casino games — including blackjack, baccarat and roulette — are played with real dealers and real equipment streamed in real time. Results are determined by physical card dealing and wheel spinning. 2jay is not liable for interruptions caused by streaming connectivity issues on your end.

Fish Games: Fish game results are determined by the game's mechanics and the targets you interact with during play. Different targets carry different payout multipliers as shown within the game interface.

All bets are final once confirmed. 2jay will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a verified technical error on 2jay's systems that demonstrably affected the bet outcome. If you believe a technical error affected your bet, contact support within 24 hours with as much detail as possible.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

2jay may offer bonuses, free spins, promotional credits or other incentives from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, expiry dates and applicable game restrictions. These specific terms will be published alongside the promotion and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be played through before a withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 2jay reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any wagering already completed under the original terms will be honoured.
• Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including through coordinated play across multiple accounts or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — is a breach of these terms.

If you are uncertain whether a specific playing strategy is permitted under a promotion's terms, contact support before proceeding. 2jay will not retrospectively approve strategies that were used without prior confirmation.

6 Responsible Gaming

2jay takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is for adult entertainment and involves real financial risk. 2jay provides tools to help players manage their activity and we encourage all players to use them.

Available responsible gaming tools on 2jay include the ability to set deposit limits, session time reminders and options to take a break from the platform. These tools are accessible through your account settings or by contacting support.

Players who feel their gaming has become problematic — whether in terms of time spent, money spent or the effect on other areas of their life — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion option. Self-exclusion means your account will be suspended for a chosen period and you will not be able to register a new account during that time.

2jay does not extend credit to players. You can only play with funds you have deposited in your PKR balance. Chasing losses — continuing to play in order to recover money already lost — is a common pattern in problematic gambling behaviour. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 2jay and constitute a breach of these terms:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or technical faults to place bets or play games with an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino formats.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using 2jay for any money laundering purpose.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 2jay staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using another person's account credentials, whether with or without their knowledge.

Where 2jay identifies or reasonably suspects any of the above conduct, 2jay reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void any bets or game results affected, freeze the account balance pending investigation and close the account permanently if the investigation confirms a breach. Legal action may be pursued where applicable law supports it.

8 Limitation of Liability

2jay provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error or delay. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

2jay is not liable for:

• Losses caused by service interruptions, connectivity failures on your end, or device incompatibility.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank.
• Actions taken by third parties that affect your ability to access or use the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. 2jay's total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount of your current PKR balance at the time the relevant issue arose.

9 Privacy and Data

2jay collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, transaction processing and platform operation. The way we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering on 2jay you confirm that you have read and accept our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the Privacy Policy, you must not register an account.

2jay will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to operate the platform — such as with payment processors to handle your deposits and withdrawals — and only to the extent required for that purpose.

10 Account Closure and Termination

Closure by You: You may close your 2jay account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your remaining PKR balance will be paid out to a verified payment method in your name, subject to identity verification if not already completed.

Closure by 2jay: 2jay may suspend or permanently close your account if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or a lawful instruction from an authority.
• Your account shows no activity for an extended period (dormancy policy applies — details available from support).
• We determine, on reasonable grounds, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform, other players or the integrity of games.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, your remaining PKR balance will be returned to you via a verified payment method after completion of any required checks.

Effect of Closure: On closure of your account, all pending bets that were placed before the closure will be settled in accordance with the normal rules. No new bets or deposits will be accepted after the account has been closed or suspended.

11 Changes to These Terms

2jay may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Significant changes that materially affect player rights will be communicated via the email address associated with your account or through an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of 2jay after the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. 2jay recommends reviewing the terms whenever you receive a notification about a change.

12 General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2jay in relation to your use of the platform.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions will continue in full force.

No Waiver: 2jay's failure to enforce any provision of these terms on a particular occasion does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in future.

Language: These terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.
